New patients
Your first visit
The first visit takes about an hour. You can ask for after work or for a Saturday.
You pick the office and the language. If you prefer Spanish, we book you with Dr. Acevedo or Dr. Orellana. The forms are filled out on our private portal before the visit, or on paper at the front desk.
What to bring
A photo ID
With your name, to open your file.
Your plan card, if you have one
So we can check your benefits before the visit.
A list of what you take
Bring it on paper or fill it in on the portal; don't put it in the contact form.
Your questions
Write them down beforehand. The visit has time for them.
After the visit

Step 1: You leave with a written estimate
If you need treatment, the estimate lists each step and its fee.

Step 2: You decide
You can take it home, talk it over with your family and call us when you're ready.

Step 3: We schedule what's next
We give you the next appointments at times that work for you.
